As a licensed clinical social worker and certified group psychotherapist, I am committed to helping clients untangle the difficult aspects of their life so that they can live with more authenticity and creativity. I support my clients in their desire to have more meaningful and fulfilling personal and interpersonal lives. I do this through individual, family, and couples therapy that focuses on developing insight into problems, learning skills for personal change, and applying those skills and insights to build better relationships.
