My role as a counselor is that of a fellow journeyer—someone who comes alongside you for a time to collaborate and provide support. We all face seasons where we feel lost, unsure, or afraid and long for a trusted companion to help us find a new direction. My goal is to offer a safe space where you can explore those new directions and reconnect with your true north. Alongside ongoing therapy, I also offer focused, same-day support for those navigating especially difficult moments—when a bit of timely guidance can make all the difference.
