I've worked with a wide range of clients, including teens, young adults, couples, and the elderly. I primarily use a combination of existential therapy and Choice Theory. I deeply believe that by helping clients understand their meaning and purpose, we can then work toward developing the tools they need to gain autonomy in their lives in a way that aligns with their personal beliefs. I provide both faith-based and secular counseling and am committed to meeting clients where they are on their life’s journey. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, infidelity, sex-related issues, and certain personality disorders.
