I work with individuals who feel different, misunderstood, or overwhelmed—often navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, or burnout from masking and survival. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, living with HIV, impacted by substance use, housing instability, or chronic stress. Clients come to therapy seeking an affirming, trauma-informed therapist who understands their lived experience. Common goals include improving emotional regulation, building coping skills, finding meaning and purpose, and creating a life that feels authentic, stable, and aligned with their values.
