I am open-minded, non-judgmental and approach treatment through mindfulness and acceptance. I focus on strengths and work with everyone where they are, offering insights of how to work with anxiety, depression, integrate past trauma or understand ourselves as we grow towards who we want to become. Being human is hard and confusing enough as it is, I like to simplify personal growth and psychological healing, and teach coping mechanisms that can help give you a sense of self understanding. I specialize in working with life transitions, past trauma integration and anxiety and depression. I work with people to bring them in touch with themselves and healing past wounds. Using mindfulness based CBT and internal family systems, I work to help you understand and overcome the problems you face using your natural strenghts.
