As a Clinician, I prefer a warm and inviting counseling style. I believe that each client should be met where he or she is currently, and supported to where they are trying to go. My approach to psychotherapy combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I believe that each client will benefit from an eclectic therapeutic approach which is tailored to the intricacies of their life and psychological makeup.
