As guys, we don't really like to talk about it. You know, the stress, the dissatisfaction with our lives, our relationships, our jobs. Hitting that point in life where things just aren't what we thought they were supposed to be. So we shut down. We get angry and irritable. We stuff it down because we're never supposed to let them see us sweat. The problem is we end up exhausted, frustrated, and just plain lost.
