Are you a man going through a tough season in your life? You're always feeling overwhelmed with anger and/or sadness and can't seem to stay focused? You find yourself shutting yourself out from family and friends? This season in your life has hit you so badly that you no longer see a point of doing anything productive? The things you once were interested in you know longer find interest in them? As a young black male that has had to navigate the challenges that most people face and as I clinician I have the personal experience and clinical experience to help get you back on the right track. The tools that I will provide you with are tools that I have been perfecting over my career helping people just like you. My goal for you is to have at least 3 different tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times. So no matter where you go, you will always have access to them and can use them in times of difficulty.
