About

I specialize in working with folks with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent types in NJ and PA, but I also heavily work with anxiety, depression, and issues surrounding activation and assertiveness. So, I'm very action-oriented in my approach and that's because I believe when we see and experience change, it can help build momentum. People are resilient, creative, and adaptive, but sometimes we get stuck. (And when we neurodivergent folks get stuck, we get really stuck!) Let's work to build awareness, strategies, and change! Additionally, I am an ACS and am taking supervisees for licensing in NJ.
