Therapist/Owner of Anchored Counseling & Solutions, LLC. I am based in Lafayette, LA but licensed in Louisiana, Alabama, and Washington, DC. I work with all adults 18 and over. Most of my clients come to me with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, and different forms of trauma. Some are struggling with life transitions such as a breakup, grief, or major life transitions. I am also dedicated in dismantling shame and guilt from past situations. I am a Christian and can include that aspect for those who are interested in combining their spirituality with therapy.
