These are my passions. The sessions can help you achieve greater self-acceptance, self-respect, and self-confidence, and can guide couples to open their hearts, improve communication, and find greater harmony. After 50 years of marriage and Zen meditation, 40 years of private practice & of co-raising three wonderful daughters, I bring considerable life experience and a creative, compassionate, pragmatic approach to our work together. There is a simple secret to all relationships that determines failure or success. I love to help clients open their hearts to themselves and others, cut through obstacles, create strategies for success, and develop self-care skills. Through inner child work, trance, meditation, Byron Katie's Work, and other paths, we can create significant transformation.
