He supports young people dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, autism, and family-related challenges—often focusing on helping children build resilience and healthy coping skills early on. Using a blend of client-centered & cognitive-behavioral approaches, Dr. Hesney helps children and adolescents learn practical tools to improve their ability to manage their emotions, thoughts, & behaviors.
