Discover your path to healing with me at Torus! As a dedicated intern and current student in the mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling program at Naropa University, I am passionate about guiding others on their unique journey of healing and self-discovery. With over twenty years of personal therapeutic experience and a background in corporate marketing and design, I bring a wealth of authentic life insights to my practice. My own journey through love, loss, grief, addiction, depression, anxiety, and relationships has inspired my transition into a path of service, and I am excited to connect with those ready to explore and grow.
