I seek to create a client centered relationship in hopes of assisting clients in making positive changes in their lives, fostering self growth, and learning healthy ways to cope with the challenges presented in life. I offer a safe space for adolescents, teens, adults, and couples to work through daily stresses, life transitions, and trauma. This may involve individual work or working within different family dynamics as each client is unique in not only the issues they are facing, but the attributes they possess.
