I strive to make therapy feel approachable and supportive from the start. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults, providing a safe and comfortable space to explore challenges, build coping strategies, and foster personal growth. I believe that therapy is most effective when it honors each person’s unique identity and strengths. Together, we will work to understand patterns, uncover new possibilities, and create lasting change through an eclectic approach of interpersonal, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and solution-focused therapy.
