I am passionate about working with individuals who are hungry to learn about themselves. I help people facing a variety of obstacles, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, guilt, shame, grief, and stress around creativity and performance. My work is relational and trauma-informed. A relational approach involves understanding how the quality of your relationships shape your inner world. We will talk about what has and is happening in your life and how it effects what comes up in our sessions. A trauma-informed approach involves establishing safety and understanding symptoms as adaptations to threatening environments.
