I have over 30 years experience working as a psychotherapist with a great variety of people who have come to me for help. My style is conversational, engaging and direct - I prefer a humane rather than a clinical approach and I actively participate in creating our work together. I love to help people develop emotionally and be able to make creative changes and meet challenges in their lives. My experience has been that people frequently discover, in their work with me, that they have more resources with which to build their lives than they had previously imagined.
