“Helping those rebuild after addiction, divorce, and life’s hardest chapters” Today I’m a therapist, a dad with shared custody of a child I adore, and someone who’s genuinely on the other side of the hardest years of my life. That’s not a story I share to make this about me. I share it because if you’re going through something similar, I want you to know that I get it. I work with those who are struggling with addiction or early recovery, navigating divorce or custody, trying to break cycles of codependency, or just feeling stuck and wondering how they got here.
