I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults who want help finding a sense of purpose, meaning, and connection in their lives. This includes people who want to change how they understand and care for themselves, to build better relationships, and to reach for goals that bring them closer to being at their best. My clinical experience includes helping people cope with difficult symptoms, resolve relationship challenges, and heal from traumas. A special area of focus in my work involves helping young adults to navigate significant life transitions.
