I believe in the individual's unique experience. Psychological theories can help us understand ourselves up to a certain point, but ultimately we have to write our own story. I try to be as open minded as possible and not to presume anything about my clients. I believe in diversity of thought, feelings and experience and encourage my clients to embrace their uniqueness rather than pressure themselves to conform. I try to provide a nonjudgmental environment in which clients can explore their struggles, make changes or accept themselves for who they are.
