I utilize a strengths-based approach to help you help yourself, sometimes more so behaviorally and other times more so cognitively. My goal is to support you in shifting your behaviors to make them feel more aligned with your goals and values. More than anything, I will strive to help you cultivate joy and aid you in taking actions that create a version of yourself that you're proud of.
