I’m passionate about empowering people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and pornography addiction, in helping them to heal from the inside out. Some of the most courageous people I know are those who are willing to face their challenges and create the life they most desire. I enjoy helping people regain control over their lives and become the captains of themselves and their future. I can help you see who you really are and find your true identity and thus helping you see the great worth that has always been inside of you. In an effort to help people heal in the most effective ways possible, I have been trained in some of the most efficient therapies. Some of these include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Adlerian Psychotherapy, and Positive Discipline Parenting.
