I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker who believes in the inner strength and resilience of every individual. I use a compassionate, collaborative approach to help clients heal, grow, and overcome life’s challenges. I earned my MSW from Stony Brook University and am working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting individuals with mental health and substance use issues. I use CBT and DBT to help clients manage emotions, build coping skills, and create meaningful change.
