Rios is an athlete-turned mental coach & licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. A former Division 1 athlete and military academy graduate. Rios specializes in working with men who wrestle with Panic Attacks, Anxiety Disorders, & Relationship issues. Rios also works with athletes on the mental/emotional aspects of performance. He and his wife have 4 biological daughters and fostered 13 teenage boys. He offers a multiple training groups for men in (FL, NC, WY, Puerto Rico, Peru).
