My approach to therapy is practical and empathic. It is my goal to help you live and love your life by developing the insights and tools necessary to overcome whatever difficulties you experience. Clinically, I specialize in helping people who suffer from anxiety, depression, OCD, anger, stress, relationship problems, and longstanding psychological issues. I have expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), integrative behavioral couples therapy (IBCT), and mindfulness-based treatments. I work best with professionals, entrepreneurs, young adults, and couples. For years, I have been active in helping people of color and individuals who identify as LGBTQ, too.
