I am interested in helping clients undo old patterns of thinking and behavior that complicate and cause suffering in one's life, and develop more effective ways to live the life you want to be living. I help guide people to feel safer and more secure after trauma. I help couples navigate life challenges, build better communication and systems around intimacy, finances, and parenting, establish better boundaries with family, and heal from infidelity. I also coach people with ADHD to improve organization and emotional regulation, and implement better life habits to improve functioning at home and work.
