I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and places of need. Some clients may want to work on their own improvement and self-development. Others may reach out who are struggling with anxieties or emotional experiences that they feel are holding them back or causing them pain. I've worked with young adults adapting to new life circumstances and older adults coming to terms with loss or change. I approach counseling from an orientation toward coming alongside someone to give presence and guidance, and an opportunity to step back from day-to-day life in a place of peace.
