About
I am a clinical psychologist and assistant clinical professor at UCLA. I help people find inner strength to face life's difficulties and develop insight needed to live with greater fulfillment. People deserve more than the everyday "grind"; they deserve a life that feels authentic and purposeful. I work with individuals, couples and families and treat a range of psychological concerns including chronic stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and loss, relationship conflict, life transitions, and professional strain. My work is grounded in respect for human dignity and the belief that growth emerges in moments of difficulty. I once worked at Google and appreciate the nature of demanding, fast-paced work and challenging personal experience. Alongside my clinical practice, I also do research in psychology and anthropology. I warmly welcome all individuals from all backgrounds, identities, sexual orientations, and beliefs. Humility is a cornerstone; privacy is strictly maintained.
