I've been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. I've worked with a wide range of issues including but not limited to addictions, anxiety, depression, bi-polar, stress and anger management, men's issues, PTSD, work/life transitions, and couples/relationship issues. I work best with clients who feel stuck, have tried some things on their own that just haven't worked, and need that extra bit of guidance to get to where they want to be, personally and professionally. I am licensed to see clients who reside in CO, OH, and SC.
