Every decision starts with the decision to try. I chose to work in the field of counseling because I am truly satisfied when I am helping others. I work with clients to explore how unresolved issues from the past impact the present. The decision to seek individual therapy can be uncomfortable, but rewarding. The therapeutic process is a unique and collaborative process, in which you are the expert of your experience. When one accepts and validates the therapeutic relationship, it will become a key element in the healing of old wounds and the opening of new possibilities in which will lead to greater personal insight and change.
