Welcome to Jones Mental Health Counseling! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in both South Carolina and New York, with over 20 years of experience in the human services field. My professional journey has given me deep compassion, practical knowledge, and access to valuable resources that I bring into every session. I have supported adults, young adults, and couples through a variety of challenges, including navigating toxic work environments, managing anxiety and depression, healing from trauma, addressing low self-esteem, and learning to set and maintain healthy boundaries.
