I am currently accepting new telehealth clients in Colorado and North Carolina. As your therapist, my primary goal is to create a safe and supportive space to discuss whatever is happening in your life; great, hard, and everything in between. I believe that we all have untapped measures of strength. I will encourage you to discover that strength while helping you feel less alone in your struggles.
