I strive to help parents heal their childhood wounds and focus on what's really important in raising their children. I grew up watching the people I loved struggle due to childhood wounds. This taught me how important childhood is. As a young parent I learned how difficult it was to fulfill the role society told me was expected of parents. I have a casual and relaxed approach to therapy and follow my client's lead. As my clients discuss their current concerns I help them learn from these experiences in a way they can apply to future situations.
