First of all, bravo! It can be a daunting task, finding a therapist. I applaud your efforts for taking the first step. I offer a unique background in Grief and Loss and moved into private practice to offer more targeted support. I also work with Anxiety, Depression, Life Changes and Older Adult issues which often accompany loss. As you already know, it can be a challenge navigating emotions in a grief-avoidant society. I hope to offer you key insight, a listening ear, and effective coping strategies to help you navigate your grief journey a little easier. I have navigated Grief and Loss for 20 years and have experience facilitating grief groups in different settings. I graduated from MSU Denver in 2020 (MSW) and then earned my therapeutic credentials (LCSW). I worked in Hospice Care for several years and supported caregivers, addressed end-of-life issues and facilitated anticipatory grief.
