I know firsthand how hard it can be to reach out. Not only can it be confusing even to know where to start, but it can be difficult to navigate finding the right person, not to mention it is an investment! I can appreciate what it takes, and I am here to help however I can in the process for you. While my personal beliefs are in the Christian faith, and I offer professional Christian counseling, I welcome all clients regardless of your beliefs or background. I would love for you to come as you are, to be seen and met as we move through the work together. My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I have advanced training in trauma, attachment, and somatic work. I focus on the connection between the brain and body and significant relationships and experiences of your life impacting you in the here and now. Clients find getting the "how and why" of being stuck empowers and frees them to walk through it.
