It can be difficult to manage “all the things”, and the emotional stuff is often secondary. Couples, those in helping professions and individuals dealing with anxiety are specialties of mine. Helpers need outlets, and I'm here for you, to give back to you. If you are seeking couples counseling, it can be difficult to grow into your full, whole selves together, but it is also worth the hard work to show up as your whole self, and honor your partner’s whole self. It is an act of courage to set aside place for your whole self and healing. One hour, a place for you to show up, to explore the “stuff” in your soul.
