Living with a chronic illness or disability can turn a person’s world upside down—physically, emotionally, and relationally. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life after diagnosis by helping them process trauma, adjust to new realities, and reconnect with a sense of identity and purpose. I also work closely with caregivers and family members, offering a space to address caregiver burnout, anticipatory grief, and the emotional complexities that often go unspoken. Some of the conditions that I am passionate about helping people navigate include spinal cord injury, addiction, and late-diagnosed autism.
