As a person, I believe we’re all doing our best, given our identities, histories, and environments. As a clinician, I believe therapy is a collaborative space for transforming our best efforts into our best selves. Together, we explore how these efforts inform and impact our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and ways of relating. When parts of ourselves remain hidden or disconnected, we often develop coping strategies that don’t serve us. By uncovering all of who we are, we discover all we can become. My Queer identity shapes the foundations of my work, centering authenticity, affirmation, and empowerment. I bring my whole self into the room and welcome you to do the same. I believe humor and healing are deeply intertwined, and I aim to engage all of our combined resources to navigate your process.
