My job is to work myself out of a job. I work with youth, adults, and families through decision making and strengthening life skills, by emphasizing relationships and making laughter a priority.​ I hold a relational lens in my practice, focused on not only your relationship with others, but also on your relationship with yourself. The key to therapeutic services, and relationships in general, is to make sure that there is a level of trust and comfort for the client to build rapport and explore experiences without feeling shame or judgement.
