My ideal client is someone impacted by trauma or significant life adversity who feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. They seek a safe, compassionate space to process experiences, build insight into trauma responses, and develop effective coping skills. Their goals include healing, restoring a sense of safety and identity, strengthening resilience, and improving connection. As a trauma-specialized counselor, I walk alongside clients through hardship and its aftermath so they do not have to face it alone.
