As co-founder of InnerSpace, I set out with a mission to ensure no one feels reduced by life’s challenges. My focus is on empowerment from all angles: providing excellent care for all income levels, creating a safe space for individuals of every background, and delivering clinical support that fosters real results—helping you build the life you’ve been dreaming of. InnerSpace has eight providers with diverse backgrounds, offering therapy for ages 5 and up. We also have a Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP) who supports clients aged 16+ with community resources, shared problem-solving, and social skill-building—helping clients feel supported both in and beyond the therapy room.
