In my work with children & families, I see behavior as communication. When children become flooded with emotion or when they may not know how to act or express themselves in a certain situation, they often use their behavior to tell us what they need. As a therapist, I come from a place of curiosity to understand what might be happening for your child & within your family during these heightened emotional states. Through a series of approaches such as play therapy, storytelling, & narration, we will explore the thought patterns & disruptive behaviors that might be impacting your child's functioning at home, school & social settings.
