Many of the clients I work with are navigating burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a growing sense that something needs to change, even if they’re not yet sure what it is. I’m a licensed, trauma-informed therapist offering culturally responsive care for individuals and couples. My work centers Black and Brown communities and those seeking an affirming, emotionally safe therapy space. I support clients navigating emotional healing, relationship patterns, self-discovery, anxiety, and the impact of chronic stress and burnout.
