Hi! My name is Jordan, a Social Worker/Therapist. I love working with a wide array of mental health concerns. My chosen interventions are applicable to any sort of issue - come one come all! I primarily utilize psychodynamic therapy. I enjoy working with all sorts of issues, but am specifically interested in areas of substance use/addiction, sports psychology/performance, and relationship concerns. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, as I believe therapy is most effective when we work together to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
