I’m a Licensed Social Worker specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. I also work with individuals navigating body image distress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or a major life change. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals to feel more at peace in their body and mind, reconnect with their values, and let go of unhelpful patterns. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space to explore vulnerability, gain insight, and build tools that help you feel grounded, capable, and connected to a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.
