As a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide individual, family, and couples therapy. I have clinical experience working with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, grief/loss, trauma, body image issues, and self esteem. I aim to create a safe, welcoming environment where we can work collaboratively to foster self awareness, build insight into current issues, develop tools to navigate life challenges, and create and sustain meaningful change.
