I have experience working with anxiety, life transitions, addictions, trauma, boundary setting, eating disorders, self acceptance and self-care. I have experience in working with anxiety, stage of life changes (new parent, work/life balance, career seeking), addictive behaviors, homelessness and dual diagnosis.
