My ideal client is someone who’s driven and capable, but who is quietly struggling with anxiety, panic, or emotional exhaustion beneath the surface. They’ve spent time performing at a high level, often in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, and they’ve gotten used to holding it all together. But lately, the internal pressure feels unsustainable. They may be experiencing racing thoughts, sleeplessness, irritability, or moments of panic they can’t explain. What they want most is relief—and space. Space to breathe, to not have to be “on,” and to be honest about what they’re feeling.
