I believe an ideal client would be someone who is suffering from their perspective mental struggles on a daily basis and is experiencing a hard time expressing what they feel to individuals within their surroundings. The struggles they experience effects their everyday life and wellbeing which in turn may affect those around them disrupting relationships. They're not only looking for a safe place to vent and express their frustrations, anger, sadness and pain they're sometimes searching for a solution. Even though as a professional clinician I cannot advise this solution we can collaborate allowing me to guide them to this solution.
