Talking about mental health can be a sensitive topic, but my goal is to provide a safe non-judgmental space where you can explore and prioritize yourself and your mental well-being at your pace. I am dedicated to supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and helping them heal and thrive. My commitment extends to collaborating with children (2-12), adolescents (13-18), and families to cultivate positive transformations, genuine happiness, and stronger, healthier relationships. Additionally, I devote my time to Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), where I aim to improve and create secure connections and environment.
